Rehorn RV Collision Center, formerly known as Autobody Workshop, was founded in 1991 by the current owner Bryan Rehorn. Bryan started in the garage of his home offering free work to get the word out about the new business. Autobody Workshop was rapidly growing and needed to move to a bigger location with more staff.
In 1995 Autobody Workshop expanded and relocated to a bigger building on E Street in Rio Linda, CA. Bryan grew from a single owner operated shop to 5 staff members between 1995 and 1996 in a 2,000 square foot work space. The business continued to prosper, however as the years went by they outgrew the space and had to start thinking about another expansion.
The planning for the new shop started in 2001, and the project was completed in 2003. The size and location brought whole new beginnings for Autobody Workshop. It is one of the only shops in Northern California with a 54 foot down draft drive thru paint booth, and is one of very few that can fit and repair larger vehicles. The number of repairs on RVs and trailers began to climb, while the number of repairs on cars was declining.
As of 2014 Autobody Workshop has now transitioned into Rehorn RV Collision Center, and is the leader in the Northern California area for RV service and repair. 80% of the repairs done at Rehorn RV Collision Center are RV and trailer repair. Rehorn RV Collision Center has direct repair networks with three insurance companies including, Nationwide, Progressive, and National General.
